International Yoga Day

MKNS celebrated International Yoga Day with enthusiasm and mindfulness. Students, teachers, and staff participated in a refreshing yoga session led by trained instructors, practicing asanas, breathing exercises, and meditation.

The event promoted physical fitness, mental well-being, and inner peace. Children also showcased group performances and shared how yoga helps them in daily life.

At MKNS, we believe in holistic growth—and Yoga Day beautifully reminded us to stay balanced, healthy, and calm.
Keep practicing, keep growing!
